Joseph Jarock, a Loan Originator, at Supreme Lending Denver, handled his borrower's loan professionally, smoothly, and efficiently. He met the deadlines and made no excuses for the current volume of business we're all facing in this aggressive market. He impressed me most with a phone call that the loan was "clear to close" a week before the scheduled closing date. That was FANTASTIC news! Five Star Service!

I tried refinancing my house with many other loan companies which in turn was unsuccessful. After mentioning my frustrations to a good friend, she referred me to Mr. Tyler Duncan. Having little hope, I received a call from Mr. Duncan. He was very respectful and assured me that he could help with refinancing of my house. He answered every concern I had and connected me with his assistant Sarah, who was very responsive through e-mails and phone calls throughout the process. Long story short, I had lost all hope of getting refinanced, but Mr Tyler assured me that he could get it done. My friend who recommended him stated " If Tyler can't do it, then no one can." That comment stuck in my mind as we worked through the loan process. Mr Tyler was able to come up with a refinancing plan that would pay off all of my monthly expenses, eliminate my second mortgage, and put money in my pocket for new home projects and personal use. I had a few structure issues and had some contract work done and ran pass the deadline. Tyler being an experienced loan officer had the closing date extended, which allowed the contractor time during his busy schedule to complete the repairs. Tyler was able to send the info to underwriting and successfully have my loan approved. This is a life changing experience for me and I would like to thank Mr. Duncan and his assistant Sarah, for helping through out the entire process. I was referred to Tyler Duncan by a good friend of mine who is a realtor to pursue a refinance on my mortgage. Matt Teuteberg helped me navigate TWO difficult refinance transactions. They were both complex and long due to changes in my personal life, and Matt stuck by my transactions and went above and beyond to get them closed. The duration of both were more than double the time of a normal transaction and Matt kept supporting and representing me through the long process. He's creative and ethical in his ways.
