Audra was very helpful and responsive no matter what time of day. Whenever I had a question she went above and beyond and made sure I understand and explained how the process works. She treated me as if I was one of my friends and used terminology that was easy. She took care of me and we even closed on the house early. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a lender.

I recently worked with Ben from Supreme Lending to get a mortgage for my home, and I was very impressed with the experience. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I felt like I was in good hands at all times. I was particularly impressed with the guidance provided and explanations I received from Ben. Tyler and his team are simply the BEST! He has done multiple refinances for me (in different states) and makes the process clear, simple, and quick. No matter the timing or the question; Tyler is quick to respond, honest, always has your best interest in mind. He goes far above and beyond to keep you informed and ready for the next step. As first time home buyers, my husband and I started the process a bit overwhelmed, but Lisa and her team walked us through every step and explained everything to us so that we fully understood the process and what each step, document, question, etc. meant. They were responsive and great with communication and sharing any updates. They got us to closing right on schedule, and helped us secure the best rate! To simply refinance a mortgage is what companies like Supreme Lending are supposed to do. What I received from both Audra‘s who work for Supreme Lending was nothing short of warmth, care, looking out for my best interest, and overall support during a difficult time of refinance due to divorce. My experience with supreme lending is that they are very great people especially Jai, he’s is a very very nice person to work with and hard working.
